Being prepared can make all the difference.

As part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being and workplace safety, our team at Monty Holding recently took part in a comprehensive First Aid Training Session led by Afif Mdallal from the Lebanese Civil Defense.

Employees gained valuable knowledge and practical skills to respond confidently in emergencies, from handling injuries to knowing how to act when every second counts.

The training also included hands-on exercises and simulated scenarios. Our team put their knowledge into practice and saw firsthand why taking the right action at the right time matters.

A sincere thank you to Afif Mdallal for sharing his expertise and experience with our team.

At Monty Holding, investing in our people goes beyond professional development. It means giving them skills that can make a difference when it matters most.
