Where Awareness Begins with a Question: Monty Holding Hosts Pink October Seminar

by Monty Holding Staff19 Oct 2026

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer among women worldwide. Yet many of the questions that matter most, about our bodies, our screenings, and the warning signs worth paying attention to, often go unasked until something feels wrong.

On Tuesday, October 13, Monty Holding marked Pink October by inviting women from across the company to Monty Café Premium for an awareness session led by Dr. Salah Malas, a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The session was built around one simple idea: creating an open space to learn and speak candidly about women’s health with a specialist in the room.

Rather than a lecture, the morning was designed as a dialogue. Dr. Malas walked attendees through the essentials of breast health, early detection, and the everyday habits that help us take better care of ourselves.

He then opened the floor to questions, the kind that are easy to search online but far better answered by a doctor in person.

For many, it was a chance to finally ask what they had been putting off, and once the first questions were raised, the room opened up naturally.

Colleagues who usually connect over projects and targets found themselves sharing experiences, comparing notes, and encouraging one another to book the checkups they had long postponed.

That sense of being in it together is what makes moments like these matter.

At Monty Holding, we see the wellbeing of our people as part of the work itself.

When information is accessible and no question is off limits, awareness turns into early detection, and early detection saves lives.
